This three-hour interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to understand: What is mental health and stress? Tips and techniques to stay well at work. Factors that affect mental health stigma and the impact. Types of mental health conditions spotting the signs. Useful statistics and resources and practical steps provide assistance to others.

Becky and her team of qualified therapists offer a wide range of professional services across Somerset delivered in a calm, supportive and relaxed environment. The founder Becky Wright is a Mental Health First Aid instructor, and delivers Adult MHFA courses in the Somerset area. Mental Health First Aid is an educational course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help a person who may be developing a mental health issue. In the same way as we learn physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health. Our pop up wellbeing sessions have become increasingly popular and we hold regular half day sessions across Somerset. All our work is business to business.
