About the CPD course
The training will convey through a series of lectures; examples; illustrations; videos and practical demonstrations the advanced concepts of CIP and how to Optimize; Verify and Validate a CIP system to improve control; traceability and operational efficiency while enhancing food safety and reducing the environmental footprint. Information will be presented in short intervals with an emphasis on appealing to a variety of learning styles. Knowledge transfer and understanding will be continuously addressed through open questioning; discussions and 1:1 to engagement with the learners. A knowledge assessment will be included; and feedback provided at the end of the course.
