Leadership and Mental Health: Building a culture of wellbeing

Developing a wellbeing culture in the workplace has the potential to transform teams by increasing employee wellness; work satisfaction; and productivity. This course is an introduction to building a healthy culture of wellbeing and opens the discussion on key subject matter such as leading with empathy; fostering a thriving team and prioritising mental health in your organisation. These are looked at in terms of moral and business benefits; and how building a culture of wellbeing develops organisational resilience.
