Providing an understanding of peer support programmes and what they set out to achieve; the course includes references to the European regulations that detail the implementation and execution of such programmes. Detailed information is given on the Talk To A Peer (TTAP) peer support programme which is available as part of services provided by MedAire. Leaners will gain knowledge on mental health awareness and coping strategies to promote good wellbeing.
