About the CPD course

This is a 1.5hour Workshop for Professionals who work with children and young people on an introduction to EQ. The workshop will enable participants to understand how EQ contributes to a person's adequacy in such areas as self-awareness; empathy; and dealing sensitively with other people; alongside other factors such as their intelligence and personality. The Workshop looks to increase knowledge and skills around the internal/external elements of EQ; to improve social functioning; understanding and managing emotions; and the valuing of ourselves and others. Participants will leave the workshop with a good understanding of EQ and knowledge as to how they can practice further and continue to grow and develop their own EQ in life as well as their profession.
