About the CPD course

This is a workshop for professionals who work with children and young people on an introduction to the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) concept / model of the Vicious Circle (VC). It will enable participants to understand how the VC contributes to a person's altered thinking; feelings and physical experiences in response to an event. How this in turn can then determine our actions / behaviour to a given event.
