About the CPD course
This course is pivotal to ensuring any organisation is storing and securing data safely and within legislation; as well as offering support to staff in documenting and prioritising tasks. The course also focuses on how our information; advice or guidance is delivered; being mindful of individual preferences; body language; active listening and how to get the most out of the conversation for all involved. By attending this training employees will feel more confident in the delivery of communication and pitfalls to avoid.
We are a unique charity, delivering programmes which reduce reoffending, tackle homelessness and feed communities. Our workshops and partner employers offer training and employment opportunities for ex-offenders to develop skills and secure full-time work ready for release. We also offer wrap-around support for men and women to secure stable housing, manage finances, rebuild relationships and more.. Our facility offers safe, supportive accommodation from which men receive personal support and undertake training and work placements. Developing their skills, confidence and resilience, residents then move into work and their own home.
