The Renters' Reform Bill can offer the change needed in England's private rented system; delivering radical improvements that have been decades in the making. Shelter is part of the Renters' Reform Coalition; launched in April 2021. It allows us to show a unified voice in the campaign to fix renting. The new bill will rebalance the rights and responsibilities of renters and landlords; driving up standards and everyone will know what's expected of them.
