The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 creates a duty to prevent sexual harassment; this workshop provides the training requirement of that duty. However; it’s not just about compliance; a healthy work environment; one where bullying and harassment is recognised and prevented; is good for business. In this session we’ll cover what constitutes bullying and harassment; including sexual harassment; how to report it and what to do if you witness it. Importantly for managers we’ll also cover how to respond to a report of bullying or harassment and how to spot potential risks within your team.
