About the CPD course

Learners will be able to identify the primary survey DRABC. Learners will demonstrate the application of the primary survey and complete the practical component i.e placing an individual in the recovery position and compressions with the use of an AED.This course is for all staff working in the health and social care environment with adults. The session is designed to raise awareness about infection prevention and control. Learners will leave the session with updated knowledge and skills relating to germs and how they behave; the chain of infection; means of transmission and preventing the spread of infection.
