About the CPD course
The Training for Non-Trainers course is designed to empower professionals without formal training experience to deliver impactful training sessions. This online course offers 2 hours of video content and a comprehensive workbook filled with lesson summaries and practical exercises. Participants will learn to prepare; structure; and deliver training sessions effectively; focusing on audience analysis; content planning; and engaging delivery techniques. By the end of the course; learners will have developed a detailed training plan and completed a final assignment; either a video-recorded training session or a filled-in workbook; to earn a certificate of completion.
