About the CPD course

The course is aimed at anybody who wants to expand their knowledge of suicide awareness and prevention. The course will provide a general understanding and in-depth knowledge of suicide awareness and prevention. Learners should be able to recognise the effects of suicide and suicidal thoughts on the affected individual; their loved ones and on wider society. They will also understand how to recognise suicidal behaviour in children; young people and adults and how to support individuals.
