A course designed for those working with the disabled or SEND in the transport or care sectors or any other sector who have a relationship with people with disabilities. The course will teach delegates an awareness of disability; raise awareness of the Equality Act 2010; its scope; meaning and impact. Course includes what is a disability; communication; assistance; legislation awareness and best practice.
