About the CPD course

This e-learning course is designed to develop learners’ appraisal; supervisions and feedback skills. Learners will gain an awareness of why we have supervisions; performance standards; roles and responsibilities for those conducting supervisions. Learners will gain knowledge and understanding regarding differing theories and concepts such as Johari window around appraisals and supervisions. Learners will gain awareness of feedback; question techniques; supervision structure and communication skills and the importance of these. This e-learning course will consider bad practice during supervisions as well as top tips for new supervisors.
