About the CPD course
This two– part Bullying in Organizations training course approaches Bullying from two standpoints; Part A: Awareness and Part B: Prevention. The course is recommended for all employees; describes the various forms of workplace bullying; employee attrition and other issues. It identifies characteristics of abusive bosses; colleagues and introduces forms to document Bullying and establish a Bullying policy. It will also provide participants with the tools they need to identify; report; and eliminate Bullying practices.
