About the CPD course

Violence against women; domestic abuse and sexual violence permeates the lives and compromises the safety of thousands of people in England and Wales each day — with tragic; destructive; and sometimes fatal results. This course is designed to enable employers to provide tips for managers on how to manage and support an employee suffering from violence against women; domestic abuse and sexual violence. It will help employers identify the signs of violence and abuse and makes it clear that there are simple steps employers can take to respond to this sensitive issue.
