Since 2001 we have delivered training in over 23 different countries to over 3,500 different organisations and have helped over 100,000 managers.   • Management Skills Award

    The Management Skills Award consists of 13 online management training sessions that you can do anywhere (desktop; mobile; tablet). Each session lasts 20-25 minutes and you have up to thirteen weeks to complete all the sessions; after which you request the end-of-programme assessment consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions.

  • Skillshub

    Skillshub is a microlearning platform that offers over 300 microlearning training sessions. The content can be used “as is” or as part of a blended learning solution. Each microlearning session comes with 3 specific actions that the delegate needs to implement back in the workplace and this then forms part of a one on one discussion/coaching session with their line manager. Each session lasts between 3 and 5 minutes and then the delegate normally has a planning task to complete before implementing the learning back in the workplace.
