This programme comprises three 1 day modules. Foundations of personal influence: Focuses on foundations of personal influence. Participants engage in self-assessment activities to identify their personal values; strengths and goals to enhance impact and influence. A positive influencing model is introduced. Enhancing your leadership presence: Equips leaders with skills to maximise presence and influence. Interactive workshops introduce practical tools to influence with confidence and authority. Working with conflict and managing difficult conversations: Equips leaders with tools to navigate challenging dynamics within their teams. Leaders gain insights into different conflict resolution styles and how to use these with agility.
