About the CPD course

How do you manage anxiety in the workplace? McKinsey & company found from their 2022 global survey that 34% of people leaving a job cited “uncaring and uninspiring leaders” as the deciding factor (McKinsey; 2022). This module will increase awareness of anxiety as well as build confidence in how to have conversations in the workplace. It covers what help is available both inside and outside of the workplace and is suitable for both managers and employees. The session includes anonymous interactivity to allow attendees to really open up and feel comfortable in the discussion.

Anxiety UK is a user-led organisation, run by people with experience of living with anxiety or anxiety-based depression, supported by a high-profile medical advisory panel. Anxiety UK works to relieve and support those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including 1:1 therapy. We work regularly with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve services for those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression and also campaign to raise awareness of the conditions.
