About the CPD course

The CPD seminar considers the environmental benefits of green roofs and the aspects which should be considered when specifying this. The build up components within a green roof system are overviewed; along with an introduction to the various types of green roof systems that can be specified; depending on the nature of the roof and the purpose this is intended for. Planting methods; maintenance; fire performance and wildlife is also considered; along with the suitability of EPDM for green roofs. The seminar is concluded with case study examples of EPDM green roof projects.
