About the CPD course

We provide a full days practical instruction in 1st Aid for adults; which includes explanation of terms used in 1st Aid; what happens to the body when it goes into unconsciousness; the correct procedure if a person is unconscious and breathing; if they are unconscious and not breathing; how to manage choking; anaphylactic shock including the causes; signs and symptoms and how to treat anaphylaxis ; burns and scolds and how to manage them; managing bleeding and how to dress a wound; epilepsy; diabetes and their associated problems.
