About the CPD course
We provide theoretical instruction on all aspects of food safety and hygiene which includes Legislation; employers and employees responsibilities; an explanation of HACCP; food poisoning organisms and how they develop; what is the ‘danger zone’ and how to keep food safe; allergies and intolerances to food and fluids; the importance of good personal hygiene; good and bad habits that can either help or exacerbate and the importance of cleaning and having an acceptable environment.
