The program includes 6-modules and a graduation project: Module 1: Training concepts and adult learning. Module 2: Conduct training need analysis. Module 3: Training design and development. Module 4: The art of delivery. Module 5: Developing positive attitude. Module 6: Methods of training evaluation. Graduation project: Training program development and delivery. The diploma will be delivered by two Pharma experts; each with > 25-years experience- Dr. Edward Ghabour and Dr. Walaa Mourad.
