We have created a suite of e-learning modules to give a foundational knowledge of key DEI topics. The modules each cover key terminology; the barriers that are in the way for certain groups and all conclude with case studies and actions that the participant might take. We adopt a multimedia approach using the written word; videos; diagrams and audio recordings to educate. To work quickly through each module takes about 30-40 minutes; whereas there are plenty of signposts to additional resources so it is easy to disappear down a rabbit hole for much longer if participants want to!
