We aim to support you in changing hearts and minds in your organisation to find; attract; recruit and retain a wider range of talent in the years ahead. We also provide an extensive handbook with a step-by-step guide to implementing inclusive recruitment in your business; with tips and best practices for every stage. This workshop assumes that those attending already have some DEI knowledge and an understanding of the business imperative for it.
