About the CPD course
This Oxplore Teach module looks at research into the relationship between enrichment – learning that takes place outside the classroom or beyond the curriculum – and attainment. While studies have shown the benefits of enrichment for young people from backgrounds of disadvantage; they have also shown that access to enrichment activities can vary widely depending on factors such as socio-economic background and ethnicity. This module offers real-life teacher tips and opportunities to reflect on how teachers and other educators can help promote greater equality of access to enrichment.
