Train the Trainer - TTT
Training Course | American Society for Occupational Safety & Health
The aim of the Train the Trainer course is to provide the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective classroom training. The participants become more confident in delivering presentations to an audience. The course is designed for instructors; training specialists or other staff delivering classroom-based lessons/presentations in a training environment. The duration of the Train the Trainer course is five days. The training is divided into theory lessons; discussions; group work and practical exercises. The practical aspect of the training allows the participants to learn from their own experiences as well as from each other. Each participant will be able to put into practice the theory they have learnt and provide a classroom lesson in front of an audience i.e. the other participants. Practical exercises are followed by individual debriefing and personal feedback.

Authorized Gas Tester – AGT Level 2
Training Course | American Society for Occupational Safety & Health
The aim and objectives of the Authorised Gas Tester training programme is to ensure that personnel preparing for a gas tester role are equipped with the knowledge to conduct gas tests for oxygen levels; flammable and toxic gases safely. This training programme also equips the delegate with knowledge to conduct gas testing within confined spaces and awareness of associated confined space hazards. Delegates will also learn about relevant legislative requirements; gas measuring and monitoring equipment and documenting gas test results.

Advanced Firefighting & Prevention
Training Course | American Society for Occupational Safety & Health
This course is designed to train both offshore and onshore fire fighters with the knowledge and skills to safely and effectively respond to a fire. The course cover basic fire theory; fire suppression equipment; personnel protective equipment (incl. SCBA); extinguishing agents; application of foam; water and twin agent and firefighting tactics; casualty recovery and related equipment. Practical exercises include fighting multiple fires with fire teams using hose lines and SCBA. Fire props include pans with and without obstacles; paint lockers; LPG impinging jets and XMAS tree; leaking flanges and large diameter storage tank. For SCBA search and rescue exercises.
