Blackpool Carers
We provide an extensive range of age specific services and support for carers from the age of 5 to 105 and their families, in order to fulfill our purpose which is to make ‘A Better Life for Carers’.
Organisation Description
A carer is someone, who without payment provides help and support to a parent, partner, child, relative, friend or neighbour, who could not manage without their help. This could be due to age, physical or mental illness, substance misuse or disability. There are thousands of carers in the area. Many juggle, work, school, or other commitments along with their caring role, and most don’t think of themselves as carers, nor realise the range of services available to help them.
