I have 25 years experience in special education, functional and applied behaviour paradigms and managing behaviour and cognitive change. My coaching style is reflective, challenging, conversational, collaborative, and above all else it is solution-focused. We draw a line in the sand, acknowledge the past and we get busy planning the future. I use strategies that are based in research and science and utilize the knowledge of how our brains form habits and patterns of behaviour to our own advantage in the classroom.
