About the CPD course

LGBT+ Awareness will provide the knowledge you need to understand; support and achieve positive outcomes for the LGBT+ community. This workshop will give you an understanding of: Gender identity and the non-binary spectrum; LGBT+ terminology; Challenges faced by LGBT+ individuals and the impact of discrimination on health and wellbeing; Gender neutral language and pronouns; What it means to be an ally; How to make your workplace more inclusive. This training includes an interactive presentation; group discussion and a Q&A session.
