About the CPD course
The workshop explores the nature of anger; how it affects our lives; and practical ways to manage it. It is divided into two parts: understanding the roots and triggers of anger; followed by strategies for managing it effectively. Activities include personal reflection; group discussions; and exercises like keeping an anger diary to identify patterns and triggers. By the end; participants will have a deeper awareness of their anger and practical tools to channel it towards positive change.
