About the CPD course

This workshop focuses on building confidence and self-esteem; providing a supportive environment for personal growth. Participants will explore the connections between confidence; self-esteem; and mental wellbeing through engaging activities. The session includes techniques for challenging negative thoughts; visualising success; and stepping out of comfort zones. Attendees will have the opportunity to recognise their strengths; practice positive self-talk; and take actionable steps towards greater self-worth. By fostering a sense of community; this workshop encourages sharing experiences and learning from one another; all aimed at enhancing overall well-being and resilience.
