This short training workshop aims to introduce attendees to the developmental changes that happen during adolescence in order to give them a better understanding of their behaviours; emotions and relationships. This training covers the stages of adolescence; psycho-social developmental theories; brain development and modern challenges. Attendees will be able to use this knowledge to better engage; understand and support the young people they work with.
